Role: - Associate Consultant / Senior Associate Consultant
Location: - Sydney
Status - 6 months fixed term, extendable based on project requirement
NOTE - Only applicants with Australia full work right, i.e., holding a valid visa will be considered for the role.

JOB DESCRIPTION: -
Job requires you to work closely with clients to
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, understand the As -Is processes/conduct Current System Study and then identify high level process/system changes.
  • The candidate is expected to be bridge between business and technology teams to articulate F&A business needs/requirements to the technology teams.
  • Conduct fit gap analysis, impact on related functional areas, acceptability of the solution to the user community, technical feasibility, and efficiency as per the business's requirements.
  • Analyze the requirements by demonstrating strong process/solution/ product knowledge, understanding of the business/IT scenario, and understanding of constraints in implementation and technology.
  • Adept in conducting focus groups, workshops, meetings to elicit requirements and processes.
Review test plans (Unit, SIT, and UAT), test cases and test execution reports. The role will also require supporting the practice in different initiatives and pursuits with diagnosis, solutions, effort estimation, white papers etc.

Qualification and Experience: -
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Financial Management, Business Administration (Fin) or a related field (required)
  • Finance- Accounting, CA, CPA, MBA Finance would be suitable skill.
  • Strong financial Analysis and management background (required)
  • Exposure to Business Analysis, Agile delivery tools or working on IT project.
  • 5-7 years of business process analysis, data analysis, system functional and non-functional analysis experience
Other Essential Skills and Requirements: -
  • Knowledge of Oracle Ebus (Ebiz)
  • Hands-on experience in any ERP like SAP/Oracle etc. in the accounting stream of AP/AR/GL etc.
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office, JIRA, Confluence
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including documentation skills.
  • Stakeholder management
  • Australian work eligibility status.
