Role Description:
This role need to have specialized knowledge of processes in specific business domain of different business units of retail domain (Assortment Planning, Merchandize Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Product Data Management, Concept Management, Ranging & Forecasting, Sample order management, design-to-shelf concepts); contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers.

Role Expectations:
As Junior consultant - understanding as-is business process, analyze the client requirements and pain areas by conducting workshops and coming out with solution alternatives and present the recommended solution alternatives to customer. Provide assistance to peer consultants in resolving complex, requirements, assist the team in preparation and planning for the workshops.
Document complex processes, identify gaps, define complex to-be process/solutions, functional data modelling, identify compliance gaps, data quality issues suggest remedial mechanisms
Anticipates customer needs, provides inputs to customer on areas other than project work and builds confidence with the customer at high levels to be treated as an advisor
Qualifications/Experience
Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in consulting or IT.
Domain Skills (must-have) : Retail domain knowledge, Has knowledge of processes in Assortment Planning, Merchandize Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Product Data Management, data quality management Concept Management, Ranging & Forecasting, Sample order management, design-to-shelf concepts
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, understanding of different culture, Mindset to automate what can be automated
