We are looking for a candidate with:
- Fluent German (C1/C2), English min. B2
- Bachelor`s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in AR or another F&A domain
- Good Excel knowledge (preparation of reports, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)

Your key activities:
- Ensure all tasks as performed as per SLA/ KPI
- Perform cash collection activities, maintain payment methods, posting manual invoices, reporting and follow up on open items,
- Handle email and phone queries
- Update SOPs
- Identify improvements
