Salary : AUD 108,571 - 119,893 Annual Gross

Responsibilities:
Mandatory
  • Willing to work in the production support projects which demands the Incidents, Problems, Requests, change Management (ITIL process)
  • Need to provide the on call support as per the roster plan.
AMPLA (Mandatory Technical Skills)
  • Experience of configuration in AMPLA Studio and having good understanding of the different Modules of Ampla viz. Downtime, Maintenance, Quality, Production, planning, Inventory etc.
  • Hands on experience on MES tools especially AMPLA (Schneider Electric/ Aveva tool), specially DAS - Delay Accounting System & IQT - Inventory & Quality Tracking
  • The resource would be working on a number of solutions/projects generally focused on production reporting, delay accounting, shift log with a solution comprising the production, metrics, knowledge, downtime, planning and inventory modules
  • Creation of delay logics
  • Support capital project teams in the, development, integration, test and acceptance of the automation systems scope of mining projects.
  • Requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing and deployment of MES solution
  • Provide general MES Functional Consultancy
  • Interaction with Subject Matter Experts / plant users / various stake holders for AS-IS study of current landscape and define, design TO-BE plan for MES
  • Conducting preventative maintenance and troubleshooting MES product
  • Providing Operational Support of the MES product
  • Functionality supports deployment for mine operations, storage and transportation for end to end production accounting in near real time
  • Enhancements and developing new solutions
Preferable
  • At least 6~10 years of experience in Mining Industry, Mine Production Management Systems
  • Experienced in supporting Mine Production Accounting, Material Tracking, Production Reporting, and Mine Quality
  • A techno-functional consultant having strong technical background in applications like Honeywell Batch Tracking Solution (Material Tracker), Mine Quality. Knowledge of integrating solutions to Historian system
  • Experienced in SQL/Oracle 12c /11g. Proven experience in writing and debugging SQL/Oracle packages, Materialized Views (MVs), Function Based Procedures, Triggers etc.
  • Experienced in supporting Operational Technologies like MES
  • Good understanding of standards & protocols like ISA S88, ISA S95, OPC etc.
  • Good understanding of Industrial Automation Systems and/or Shop Floor Systems
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
