Location: Tokyo
Purpose Of the Role:
To build relationship with partners, create a joint GTM plan with partners based on input from CSG / practice leaders, provide input to business leaders and marketing to identify opportunities, negotiate NDA and teaming agreements to increase revenue growth in the region. Work involves a blend of relationship management with partners, contract negotiation, and strategic planning
Areas of Responsibility:
- Partner relationship management - managing relationships with strategic partners such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft etc.
- Build and drive joint Go-To-Market plan with strategic partners to promote joint solutions and identify new business opportunities
- Support CSG by working with alliance partners to provide technical expertise and software products pricing during pursuits
- Negotiate NDA and teaming agreements with partners to help CSG to jointly sell joint solutions and offerings with partners
- Participate in joint account planning with unit and CSG leadership team to ensure joint solutions and offerings are included in plan
- Conduct research as well as competitor analysis to define strategies that can help enable favorable outcomes
- Provide necessary input for building alliances with relevant product / service vendors
- 10+ years of IT and partner management experience.
- Track-record of successfully developing joint GTM offerings with alliance partners
- Track record of interacting and building relationship with C / C-1 level alliance partner contacts.
- Experience working with large multi-location sales / pre-sales team is desirable
- Hands-on experience with negotiating NDA and teaming agreement with alliance partners.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
