As an Alfresco Lead, you will part of consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support training and knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Indianapolis, IN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require 10% travel in the US.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • Around 7+ years of experience in developing solutions based on Content Management projects
  • Hands on Admin, Design, Development and Configuration experience with Alfresco ECM solution.
  • Experience of 8+ years in Alfresco and Java. Expertise in Integration is a must.
  • Capable of working with various stake holders for business requirement and preparing proposal and Estimations.
  • As an Alfresco Lead, you will have to work with client in ECM Migration, Upgrade, Do Implementation and build industry specific solutions based on industry needs.
  • Must Have Alfresco DMS 7.x and 23.x, Alfresco Share, Alfresco Development Framework (ADF)
  • Must have worked with Alfresco DMS, Alfresco Share, ADF - including the latest version 6.x enterprise edition
  • Extensive experience in end to end Alfresco implementations
  • Understand design and create content models, taxonomy and custom object types and aspects
  • Hands on exposure to design and develop applications and services using the Alfresco APIs (Foundation Services, JCR, Web Services)
  • Integration expertise (hands on) with SSO AD, LDAP and backend systems.
  • Ability to advice on implementation strategy, performance, tools, operations, release, deployment to the customers.
  • Hands on experience in deployment and configuration of production servers in clustered environments.
  • Nice to have experience in large scale migration projects to Alfresco platform
  • Good concepts on Microservices Architecture and their implementation
  • Experience in implementing Alfresco in cloud platform (preferably AWS)
  • Experience in working in DevOps model Responsibility
  • Analyze business requirements (functional & Non functional) and design the content model, taxonomy for the new Alfresco platform
  • Design the security and access control framework, SSO and AD integration
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology preferred
  • Experience in migration and multiple ECM solutions is a plus.
