Job Description/Requirements
What Y ou'll D o :
- Participate in a variety of process reviews and documentation, operational business process analysis, risk assessment and testing of internal controls to ensure compliance with IMAX Group's policies, HKEX rules/regulations and the Sarbanes Oxley requirement
- Support the company in designing and testing processes and controls to meet their requirements under the HKEX rules/regulations
- Support the company in designing and testing processes and controls to meet their requirements under applicable legislative tax obligations
- Corresponding with external auditors and external consultants
- Assist in the co-ordination and execution of audits of the IMAX China's theatres and network theatres
- Participate in various special projects and tasks that may arise
- CPA designation
- Good understanding of PRC GAAP, IFRS and U.S. GAAP
- Solid analytical and technical skills with a minimum of 2 years working experience in Big 4, and 1 year financial/corporate internal audit experience in public companies
- Experience related to compliance requirements under the HKEX rules/regulation
- Strong computer skills and must be fully proficient in Excel
- Strong oral and written communication in English
- Experience and knowledge with SAP and AuditBoard is an asset
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently with very little management supervision
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Motivated, ability to multi-task
- Team player, able to interact professionally with members of the organization within and outside of the Finance group
- Ability to follow up and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
