Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and nurturing an active community across social media, forums, and other digital platforms to strengthen brand trust and thought leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to align community efforts with company initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to identify pain points and enhance opportunities in the tools, workflows, or processes, and work with MOPs team to develop solutions to alleviate those pain points.
- Champion our customers and partners, identifying advocates and amplifying their success stories through our platforms.
- Create compelling content (blog posts, videos, discussions, webinars, case studies) that educates and empowers community members.
Experience:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while taking ownership of initiatives.
Compensation:
$ 30 USD
