We're Ecohouse Solar - a team of friendly, customer-focused people that pride ourselves in providing high quality, full-service solar installations exclusively in the Central Ohio area. As a Solar Installer you will install residential and commercial PV systems, ranging from 5kW to 150kW.

Job duties:
- On-site labor: Installation of racking, wiring, panels, inverters, and balance-of-system components
- Pre-construction: Preparation of Ecohouse Solar's truck with materials and tools for each job
- Quality: Ensure installations are of high quality and consistent with industry standards

Minimum qualifications:
- Personal passion for renewable energy
- Construction experience, including hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift in excess of 60 lbs., and to perform rigorous physical labor
- Ability to climb ladders and to work at heights, including pitched roofs
- Ability to work in confined spaces, such as attics and crawlspaces
- Willingness to work in all weather
- Must hold valid driver's license
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Customer service oriented
- Commitment to teamwork and "can-do" attitude
Preferred experience:
- Solar installation
- Electrical construction
Education:
- Solar training strongly preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required
Salary Range
$41,920.00 - $62,880.00
*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
