About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join the Product and Audience Marketing team within the Marketing and Communications department. This role is responsible for the development of marketing materials in support of fund launches, onboarding new clients to the iCapital platforms and driving engagement campaigns. This individual will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business including Product and Distribution teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop marketing and sale enablement materials to support the launch of new private market funds.
- Support the strategy, development, and execution of go-to-market plans for iCapital’s Alts and Structured Investments and Annuities Platform and Structured Investments; SI Distribution, m+ funds, and outcome driven strategies.
- Facilitate rollouts of platform enhancements and tools across multiple owned and paid channels including email, on-platform communications, events, digital campaigns, social, and webinars with existing client base.
- Develop and manage utilization of various sales enablement materials such as presentations, fund fact sheets, brochures, case studies, and product demos to communicate the platform and products’ value to potential and existing customers.
- Seek opportunities across all elements of iCapital Structured Investments and Annuities Platform and Distribution businesses including acquisition, retention, platform features and functionality, and product launches to help meet and exceed company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 7-10+ years of related experience including preferably within the fintech or wealth management industry
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful marketing strategies, plans and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Proven success at marketing and execution planning and project management. Adept at building integrated marketing plans and campaigns across multiple marketing disciplines
- Experience managing ambiguity and rapid change – demonstrate agility and risk-taking
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $175,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
