iCapital is looking for a talented Associate - Implementation Specialist to join the Implementation team in Lisbon. The position will report to the Assistant Vice Presidents/ Vice Presidents team leads. The role encompasses helping the implementation project team leads support technical and functional needs of the platform offerings as well as supporting the project team leads in identifying the development of custom features required by clients, including the design of unique platform workflows. The ideal candidate has a desire for knowledge, growth and learning, and will embrace a collaborative fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
As an Associate - Implementation Specialist, you will concurrently support some projects and activities. These activities may include:
- Participate in small to larger projects:
- Assist client meetings, producing status reports and anticipating problems.
- Support the development and maintenance of implementation project plans, ensuring they are timely produced, complete and accurate.
- Perform ongoing implementation activities with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure all business requirements are documented.
- Produce project-related documents, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Work with other team members to scope and prepare detailed technical implementation activities for timely launches:
- Gather business and functional requirements and configure the platform according to clients’ needs.
- Perform configurations to achieve clients’ business outcomes.
- Support and guide the definition of clients' use cases and workflows.
- Produce test cases definition and execution.
- Learn and support all interfaces on the iCapital platform; develop an in-depth understanding of the platform and proactively identify issues and areas of improvement from a business to technical perspective.
Qualifications
- Academic and/or professional qualification in Business Management / Finance / Engineering or related fields.
- Holding a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- 2+ years of work experience in business integration, technology implementation projects.
- Experience with technical platform configuration and integration in the Financial Services industry.
- Proven ability to follow fast-paced projects and different client stakeholders with attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and a high degree of accountability.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to produce detailed project documentation to drive a successful delivery.
- Ability to quickly learn new business operations, processes, and procedures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are a must. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
