About the Role
iCapital is seeking a motivated HR Operations Coordinator to join the global People team. This role is an outstanding early-career HR opportunity that rewards versatility and critical thinking, an interest in pursuing an HR operations and technology career, and strong detail-orientation, to make an impact in a fast-growing global company. This individual will report to the Senior Vice President of HR Operations and Analytics.

Responsibilities
- Oversee certain HR administration tasks and offer support to employees and colleagues as needed.
- Monitor and manage an online queue of employee inquiries, serving as primary clearinghouse, answering where able and redirecting to colleagues or escalating as appropriate.
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of employee data in Dayforce, ensuring processes are followed and data is accurate.
- Manage aspects of the onboarding process for new employees, which may include welcome emails, an I-9 inspection (in-office or via zoom) and submittal, and basic HRIS assistance.
- Create, manage, and inventory online employee folders at hire to ensure that People department colleagues can find expected information and documents quickly.
- Evaluate employee inquiries and foster improvements to help ensure the department’s employee-facing intranet content is both current and informative.
- Run HRIS reports and adjust contents in Excel to satisfy bespoke business needs.
- Conduct periodic audits of employee data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness, and close gaps by contacting employees as needed.
- Handle sensitive employee and company information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Aid with other ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, communications, business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a human resources team, preferably in a corporate environment
- Solid understanding of HR practices and experience with US Form I-9/work authorization
- Compulsion to be detail-oriented, meticulous, and thorough
- Experience managing worker data in effective-dated HRIS systems, with demonstrated ability to apply new learning quickly
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build great rapport with team members across levels and locations
- Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with a responsive, service-oriented mindset
- Comfort in prioritizing and managing competing day-to-day demands
- Experience working with colleagues outside the United States is preferred
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
