About the role:

The iCapital Client Success Program Management team collaborates across platforms to drive global consistency, operational excellence, and growth, with a focus on the ICN platform. The Client Success Platform Technology team partners with business units, product managers, and engineering to define and manage technology requirements, ensuring the platform evolves to meet Client Success priorities. This role demands strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the platform and markets, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can design and implement creative solutions while simplifying complex issues for stakeholders.

  • Assist in defining scope and impact of projects, and effectively communicate results to stakeholders and management.
  • Lead all aspects of business analysis, from requirements gathering to post project benefits review.
  • Facilitate the business process reviews and document changes consistent with the company’s global operating model independently.
  • Comprehend technical framework of business process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with product management teams to help define and build new platform functionality.
  • Identify and communicate issues and risks related to the project proactively.
  • Facilitate cross-organizational communication and facilitate integration meetings among key project personnel independently to ensure a proper framework for issue resolution and risk mitigation is developed and utilized.
  • Train users in the new processes and applications as well as creating training materials for new business and system functionality.
  • Participate in multiple projects that span regions, geographies, continents, and time zones.

  • Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Eligibility:

  • A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelor’s degree program
  • Committed to working five days a week in the New York City office for the entire duration of the internship
  • Authorized to work in the United States*

Pay Rate: $41.00/hour + relocation stipend and transportation stipend
