Your role and responsibilities

As the Product Manager, you will deliver business results by bringing
high-quality products to market by defining the strategy and execution plans
while continuously innovating to maintain market leadership. We are looking for
Product Managers who are experts at market and business analysis, product
definition, product roadmap, pricing, ecosystem, channel strategy, strategic
planning, competitive analysis, innovation and leading cross-functional teams.
They manage the product lifecycle from inception through growth, maturity, and
end of life stages and define partnership and ecosystem strategy for product
execution. Product Managers maximize internal and external relationships
interfacing with design, product marketing, ecosystem partners, analysts,
engineering, sales and services teams to deliver a successful product with
defined routes to market. You'll be at the forefront of a significant
transformation aimed at integrating GenAI into every aspect of development and
its associated products.

Additionally, you will be:

Conducting research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in
generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques and identify
opportunities to integrate them into our products and services.

Coming up with innovative ways to bring AI products to markets and identifying customer use cases

Capability to present GenAI concepts to both technical and managerial leaders.

Required technical and professional expertise

5+ years of Product Management experience, with responsibility for researching feature value, developing features, and managing the lifecycle of offerings, preferably on IBM Z or Enterprise DevOps
10+years of software engineering experience
Knowledge of GenAI concepts and real life implementation experience.
Experience with using tools such at Aha! and Jira.
Experience driving business case development
Sales and/or marketing experience, especially in GenAI space
Mainframe System Programming / Application development exposure.
Familiar with SaaS based product management
