Your role and responsibilities
WW Infrastructure & Software Financing Leader role will serve as an integral member of the IBM Financing Global team, leading the integration of IBM Financing with IBM Infrastructure & Software. The role will take direction from IBM Financing leadership and collaborate closely with business and finance leaders within IBM Infrastructure & Software. The objective is to support the growth of the Infrastructure & Software business while aligning with IBM's broader business and cash flow goals through customized financing solutions.
- The mission of this role is to support the integration and collaboration between IWW Infrastructure & Software Financing Leader.
- The focus is to provide financing solutions that align with the goals of the captive financing mission as part of FiTTER, while supporting the growth of the Infrastructure & Software business.
- This will be achieved by working closely with Infrastructure & Software leadership to understand their growth needs and providing financing options (leases and loans) that drive revenue, generate free cash flow, and prioritize both operational and financial integrity.
- This role will be a direct report to the IBM Financing Brand Integration leader.

Bachelor's Degree

- Understanding of Infrastructure & Software business (offerings & operations).
- Experience closing complex Infrastructure & Software deals.
- Experience with Infrastructure & Software sales operations.
- Understanding of Financing offerings.
- Effective communications and collaboration.
- Experience and established relationships with senior leaders and across the organization.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
