Your role and responsibilities
As a Web Strategist on the IBM.com team, you will relentlessly optimize to deliver exceptional web experiences and drive conversion. You will do this by leveraging data, research, and expertise to build captivating and curated experiences that engage clients on our website and accelerate overall growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally with global stakeholders to develop an integrated web strategy that engages the target audience and ensures business objectives are aligned across the web experience. You will develop and execute on tactics that optimize inbound traffic down through to conversion.

The ideal candidate will be a proven web strategist who is creative, collaborative, and has a passion for data-driven marketing.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Create and optimize web experiences to deliver outcomes meeting key business objectives
• Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to craft web strategies
• Take initiatives to relentlessly optimize web experience using data, research, and experimentation
• Conduct competitive and SEO research to build and maintain sitemap
• Set baseline performance metrics, track and report KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders
This is a hybrid work role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times per week
Required education

Required technical and professional expertise
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience as a Web Strategist or agency equivalent
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics
• Experience working and collaborating on a cross-functional team to achieve collective goals
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Strong project management and communication skills
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Experience with SEO and platforms like AHREFs, Clearscope, and BrightEdge
