Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Front-end Development: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing, responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Back-end Development: Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and services using Node.js, REST API, JSON, and Socket.IO.
- Database Management: Work with relational databases, to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and manipulation.
- Cloud Integration: Utilize AWS services for deployment, hosting, and scaling of applications, ensuring high availability and security.
- Containerization: Create and manage Docker containers to streamline deployment processes and ensure consistency across development and production environments.
- API Development: Design and implement robust REST APIs for seamless data communication between front-end and back-end components.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, quality assurance engineers, and fellow developers, to deliver exceptional software solutions.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: write unit tests, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality and application reliability.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, Node.js, REST API, JSON, Socket.IO, Docker, AWS, Postgres, and SQL.
- Expertise in front-end development, including modern UI frameworks and responsive design principles.
- Strong back-end development skills using Node.js and experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with database management using Postgres or other relational databases.
- Ability to write and optimize large complex SQL statements.
- Cloud computing experience, especially with AWS services and IBM cloud for application deployment and scaling.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies, particularly Docker.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Knowledge of web audio codex/streaming.
- Familiarity with iOS or Android mobile development concepts, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Android Studio, Xcode, React Native, or Flutter).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
