Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proven experience as a UX content writer, content strategist, or a similar role in a digital product environment;
- Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design;
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a focus on clarity, tone, and brevity;
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar design software;
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of SEO principles;
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design, research, and development teams;
- A portfolio showcasing your UX writing work is highly preferred.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in conversational AI;
- Multilingual capabilities;
- Experience with accessibility audits.
