Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver with an Owner's Mentality: Approach your work with a sense of ownership, contributing ideas and design outcomes that help differentiate our solutions in the market.
  • Translate Research into User Experiences: Transform research insights into exceptional user experiences, guiding design from initial concept to final implementation.
  • Create Key UX Artifacts: Develop essential UX deliverables, including concept maps, storyboards, taxonomies, prototypes, patterns, information architecture, workflows, and design specifications.
  • Manage Project Tasks and Deliverables: Take responsibility for your tasks and deliverables, utilizing agile methodologies to meet project goals.
  • Collaborate for Alignment: Work closely with developers, marketers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of users' needs and behaviors.
  • Make Data-Driven Decisions: Use data to inform design decisions, ensuring that your work is based on a solid understanding of the user and context.
  • Participate in Team Stand-Ups & Playbacks: Actively engage in team meetings and playbacks, presenting your design work and contributing to the overall project narrative.
  • Understand Business Problems: Gain a deep understanding of the business problems our customers face to create contextually relevant design solutions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with a diverse range of professionals, including design researchers, content designers, developers, and product owners, across global teams.
  • Contribute to a Positive Feedback Culture: Engage in delivering and receiving feedback constructively, fostering an environment of honesty, kindness, and continuous growth.
  • Support Team Growth: Provide feedback and suggestions to peers, helping to improve their work while supporting their professional development.
  • Promote Diversity and Collaboration: Encourage a team culture that values diversity, transparency, and collaboration.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience (5+ years) solving complex user problems through user interface design, creating mockups and prototypes (low- and high- fidelity), as well as documenting interaction patterns for product UI.
  • Experience with creating user scenarios for usability testing, analysis of industry trends, task analysis, workflow design, layout & composition and reporting conclusions in well-developed documents.
  • Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment.
  • Portfolio of previous work must be presented incorporating UI designs and/or sketches that demonstrate an understanding of wireframing, interaction design
  • and design best practices.
