通信• メディア業界を対象とした業務コンサルティング（特に会計• 人事• 総務業務領域におけるBPR、SSC、BPOなどの業務改革）の知見• 経験を有するコンサルタントとして以下の業務を実施頂きます。
1）コンサルティング営業

- 新規• 既存顧客に対する業務目線での課題識別と、その結果に基づいた解決アプローチの提案
- 中長期の信頼形成• 安定的リレーションシップに基づいたお客様のパートナーとしての案件獲得
2）業務変革コンサルティング提案／デリバリー
- 通信• メディア企業における基幹業務• バックオフィス業務を中心とした各種業務領域における業務改革の構想策定、実導入、運用改善等の提案とデリバリーのリード
- クライアント企業による業務改革PJTのPMOポジションでのご支援（RFP作成支援、ベンダー管理など）
3）プロジェクト管理
- 業務変革PJTにおける上流から下流工程までのPMロールの担当
- 各種デリバリーPJTにおけるPMO機能のリードあるいはPMOメンバーに対するアドバイザーとしてのサポート提供
4）チーム• ビルディング（タレント育成）
- 若手コンサルタントの育成計画策定と育成実施（研修提供）
- 他業種からの転職者等のバディとしてのコンサルティングスキル獲得支援
