Introduction
The candidate will have proven and successful track record in leading teams implementing key network / infrastructure initiatives as well as demonstrated growth mindset & behavior. This Technical Program Manager role expects the candidate to be 80% in technical expertise and 20% in leadership.This leader will focus on future state, play a transformative role and be momentum builder to drive forward with our new way of operating. This candidate will have deep experience and hands on technical expertise in one or multiple network domains, including Campus/LAN/WiFi, WAN, Firewall, PoP etc.

This individual will be a strong Technical Leader and responsible for landing in EMEA the Network Modernisation program and other strategic network / infrastructure initiatives. This individual will drive strong and effective technical and program interlocks with functional teams across CIO as well as the Product & Capability teams within CIO Network Engineering.

This candidate will demonstrate leadership and when dealing with ambiguous & challenging situations. The candidate will provide clear direction and roadmap when interacting with the global Product / Capability teams, network architects / SMEs, as well as the regional / local Business Units, including Global Real Estate, Merger & Acquisition teams.

Your Role and Responsibilities
• Successful implementation of Network Modernisation roadmap (in EMEA and globally), including defining / tracking of the roadmap, effective partnering across functional teams and iterating of the roadmap to the next level; as well as achieving the intended business outcomes
• Partnering with EMEA GRE, M&A and with key regional stakeholders and BUs for all Site implementations related activities.
• Outstanding situational leadership quality with a strong growth mindset.
• Provide technical and project direction in the resolutions of issues, roadblocks; mitigation of risks and stakeholder communication and management.
• Foster effective teamwork culture; strong focus on growing talents and expanding technical capabilities.
• Customer-focused approach, with the ability to understand user problems and deliver solutions that enhance End user experience and application performance.

Monthly salary starting from 5.000,00 EUR gross, depending on relevant experience and skill set

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
A minimum of 8 years' experience in technical leadership and program management of large Network initiatives.
• S trong understanding of networking, cloud services (IBM, AWS, Azure, GCP), data center operations, and virtualization technologies.
• Deep technical knowledge of current network technologies, hardware, protocols, and standards.
• Deep understanding of edge network dependencies on centralized services such as authentication, DDI and orchestration/automation.
• Hands-on experience in one or multiple network domains, including Campus/Lan/Wifi, Wan, FW, PoP etc...
• Experience in scripting languages, software defined network automation, SDN controllers for network automation tasks.
• Experience in making standardized template driven configurations.
• Demonstrated success in executive communications and expertise in vendor partnership
• Demonstrated capability managing simultaneous programs, crisis situations, and successfully meeting business objectives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Certifications / demonstrated knowledge with software defined networking technologies.
• Occasional on-call coverage during Weekends to support internal Teams in case of high severity incidents.
• Flexible working hours based on Business Demand
