Your Role and Responsibilities
We seek a highly skilled Technical Integration Specialist to design, develop, and maintain advanced integration solutions across diverse platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in middleware, cloud services, IAM systems, LLM applications, security services, and automation. You will play a key role in enabling seamless communication between systems, ensuring efficient data processing, robust integration workflows, and maintaining high-performance standards.

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop, configure, and maintain integration frameworks using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms to enable efficient data processing and secure communication across systems
  • Analyze technical requirements to design advanced integration solutions, incorporating middleware, cloud services, IAM systems, security services, LLM applications, and data mappings
  • Create middleware solutions to facilitate secure data exchange, model deployment, and seamless interactions between LLMs and existing enterprise applications
  • Address unique integration requirements for LLMs, focusing on data privacy, latency management, and model scalability, ensuring seamless and secure performance
  • Diagnose and resolve complex integration challenges, especially those related to LLM deployments, data ingestion, and API connectivity, ensuring minimal disruption to services
  • Optimize integration frameworks for performance, reducing latency, improving data throughput, and enabling real-time response capabilities
  • Develop automated workflows for integration tasks, monitoring, and deployment, enhancing efficiency and minimizing manual intervention
  • Implement robust integration monitoring and alerting mechanisms using tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace, leveraging AI-driven insights to proactively detect and resolve issues
  • Conduct security testing for integration points, ensuring compliance with security protocols and best practices, particularly when integrating cloud-native and hybrid environments
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and security, to align integrated solutions with business goals and technical standards

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in the design, delivery, and scaling of complex, large-scale IT projects, with a focus on cutting-edge technology solutions across hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises environments
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using middleware platforms
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-native architecture, including serverless computing, microservices, and container orchestration
  • Knowledge of security best practices, including encryption protocols, data masking, and vulnerability assessment
  • Familiarity with data processing frameworks, ETL tools, and message queues
  • Experience in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise systems, addressing specific challenges such as data privacy, latency, and scalability
  • Expertise in integrating Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems (with applications and middleware, ensuring secure communication and data protection
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues, particularly in cloud-native environments and hybrid architectures
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT operations, and security experts, to deliver integrated solutions
