Your Role and Responsibilities
• Accountable for the successful planning, development, and execution of hands-on labs at the yearly global TechXchange event, which includes alignment with the TechXchange content lead, and a strong interlock with the IBM Technology Zone development & automation teams,

• In collaboration with the TechXchange Regional Leader and IBM Technology Zone Learning Labs Lead, develop and manage a strategy to facilitate proper management, approval, execution and reporting of Regional TechXchange and Enablement events via Lab Manager,
• Influence the evolution of Lab Manager by driving feature and automation requirements to support events and enablement,
• As part of the IBM Technology Zone leadership team, you will be appointed as a Prestige Services TechZone Liaison responsible for supporting and dealing with escalations from an allocated geography, Market, or brand,
• Act as team lead for the event technical specialists providing direction to help execute on tasks for global TechXchange, Regional TechXchanges and various enablement events.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 5+ years of experience planning, managing, and executing large scale technical events,
• Knowledge of various infrastructures and technology, VMware, Cloud, SaaS, etc.
• Strong project management experience, organizational skills, and ability to drive teams to adhere to deadlines,
• Experience with project management tools, Monday.com preferred,
• Responsible team player demonstrating ownership and accountability,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
• Ability to predict needs and prevent issues.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Knowledge or experience with process flow tools - draw.io, Lucidchart, Visio, SmartDraw
• Understanding of IBM technology,
• Experience using Rainfocus for lab management.
