Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for , resolving issues and troubleshooting problems
- Manage and maintain the infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy, test, and tune AI models
- Monitor and analyse system logs, metrics, and performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline processes
- Work with cross functional teams to integrate with other systems and applications
- Stay up-to-date with new features, updates, and best practices in and AI technologies
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- At least 2+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science
- Strong knowledge of, foundation models, and generative AI
- Experience with cloud based infrastructure (e.g., IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure)
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Master's degree in AI, Data Science, or related field
- Certification in AI, machine learning, or data science
- Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
- Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices
- Knowledge of Cloud pak for data, Cloud pak for Integration
