In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
In qualità di consulente di gestione, lavorerai a stretto contatto con i clienti per fornire soluzioni di alta qualità. Nel tuo ruolo di consulente risulterai una figura affidabile, dotato di una solida competenza nella metodologia di delivery SAP.
Supporterai le attività di sviluppo del business e farai da mentore/coach ai membri del team, per sviluppare le loro competenze e conoscenze. Avrai l'opportunità di acquisire nuove competenze, di affrontare nuove sfide e di raggiungere una conoscenza completa e approfondita del business.
Principali Responsabilità:
• Leadership strategica nelle soluzioni SAP: Gestirai la progettazione tecnica, lo sviluppo e l'implementazione di soluzioni SAP per la semplificazione, l'ingrandimento e la gestione dei prodotti richiesti dai clienti.
• Team Delivery Leadership: Gestirai un team di consulenti SAP per ottimizzare la consegna dei prodotti nei tempi, nel budget e al massimo della qualità.
• Fornitura di soluzioni complete: Parteciperai attivamente allo sviluppo della strategia e all'implementazione della soluzione, sfruttando la tua conoscenza delle tecnologie SAP e lavorando con le tecnologie più recenti.

Required technical and professional expertise
🔹 Produzione: solida conoscenza sia delle funzionalità di pianificazione che di esecuzione della produzione (Production Execution).
🔹 Integrazione avanzata: esperienza nell'integrazione con SAP APO/Advanced Planning tramite CIF e nelle funzionalità di schedulazione della produzione con PPDS/Advanced Planning, con particolare focus sulla Detailed Scheduling Board e sulla Planning Table.
🔹 Gestione della logistica integrata: conoscenza dei flussi di integrazione tra SAP PP e SAP WM/EWM.
🔹 Esperienza in SAP Fiori: dimestichezza nell'utilizzo delle App Fiori e nella gestione degli sviluppi custom in ambiente Fiori.
🔹 Interfacciamento e monitoraggio: esperienza nel monitoring delle interfacce in SAP AIF e nell'integrazione con sistemi MES.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Laurea triennale o magistrale (preferibilmente in ingegneria o economia).
Conoscenza dell'integrazione con SAP IBP.
Certificazioni SAP.
