Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who will sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

Your primary responsibilities include:
  • Participate in and lead development projects using HR cloud solutions such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Cornerstone, Company, etc. This includes activities such as planning, requirement definition, design, development, implementation, post-implementation operational support, and BPO support.
  • Contribute to the creation of a global standardization promotion system and roadmap, provide support for product selection, and facilitate the fit-gap analysis between the client's business and the application. This also includes providing localization support in each country using our in-house knowledge.
  • Project sizes may vary from small and short-term to large and long-term, depending on the specific project. The project work may require travel abroad, and the composition of project teams and countries involved will depend on the scope and area of the project.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in various projects such as business requirement definition, system design and development.
  • Experience in ERP implementation such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
  • Experience in project implementation, proposal, and project lead at SI Vendor.
  • Experience in HR or experience in HR business reform.
  • Able to make a full commitment to solving customer issues and achieving business goals.
  • A desire to learn new technologies and knowledge in a changing industry, and an ability to envision new businesses and solutions.
  • Able to take responsibility and build deep relationships of trust with clients and team members.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Project management experience.
  • Experience working on international projects.
  • Proficiency in implementing HR systems and defining business requirements.
  • Strong English communication skills (email, conference calls) are an advantage.
