Your role and responsibilities

The semiconductor industry is at the heart of technological innovation, yet a global talent shortage threatens to slow progress. As demand for specialized engineers and technical experts surges, securing top talent has become a strategic priority. To stay ahead, we need a Senior Talent Sourcing Professional with deep semiconductor expertise - someone who can navigate this competitive landscape with a proactive, strategic, and innovative approach to talent acquisition.

• Go beyond conventional sourcing - Utilize talent mapping, AI-driven search, and market intelligence to identify and engage highly specialized semiconductor professionals.

• Build a strong, future-ready talent pipeline - Proactively develop relationships with niche experts in AI-driven chip design, photonics, and advanced manufacturing to ensure we're prepared for future hiring needs.

• Leverage creative and impactful sourcing strategies - Implement social listening, diversity-driven initiatives, and personalized outreach to enhance engagement and position our opportunities as industry-leading.

• Accelerate hiring and maintain a competitive edge - Reduce time-to-hire, secure top talent ahead of the competition, and ensure our teams have the right expertise to drive continuous innovation.

• Bringing in the right talent at the right time is critical to our success. This role will be instrumental in attracting, engaging, and securing the best semiconductor professionals, ensuring we have the expertise to drive innovation, strengthen our market leadership, and power the future of technology.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in sourcing for technical roles within the semiconductor industry.

• Strong knowledge of semiconductor industry trends, key players, and skill requirements.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sourcing strategies.

• Provide regular reports and analysis on sourcing metrics to guide continuous improvement.

• Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract top talent within the semiconductor industry.

• Utilize market intelligence and industry trends to stay ahead in identifying potential candidates.

• Provide guidance on best practices, market trends, and innovative sourcing techniques.

• Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and priorities.

• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align sourcing efforts with organizational goals.

• Engage with passive candidates and build a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Stay updated on the latest recruitment technologies and tools within the semiconductor industry.

• Implement and leverage technology solutions to enhance sourcing efficiency.
