Introduction
A Systems Analyst is an IT Specialist who has expertise in analysis and description of business processes and translates them into functional and non-functional IT requirements. Systems analysts act as the interpreters between the worlds of IT and business. Typical examples of the deliverables are functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, process models, and impact analysis
Your role and responsibilities
Actively contribute to architectural designs decisions for new integrations
Liaison with business. Understand business requirement and convert that into technical need. Actively contribute for an end-to-end solution.
Promote and enforce best engineering practices to interlock with upstream and downstream partners

A systems analyst is familiar with life cycle of any integration between systems. This includes understanding of business requirements, converting that into a technical solution, and establishing support model. He needs to understand the entire architecture and ensure new development fits into the overall scope.
A systems analyst needs understand and develop solution based on established business and audit controls such as data privacy, ASCA audits, penetration testing especially for cloud solutions.
A systems analyst works closely with the architect, with process owner to analyze business needs and works with application developer to design, build, test and deliver a cost-effective technical solution.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Domain background - Knowledge on HR and/or payroll functions.
