• 当サービスは日本の分散系システムを構成するIBMソフトウェアを中心に、お客様システムの安定稼働をサポートするチームです。新たなチームの一員としてチームに携わっていただけます。
• 社内のさまざまな製品に携わるメンバー（お客様担当SE,HW技術員,国内外のサポート• 開発部門など）と協業しながら、案件対応を行います。
• 担当製品に限らず、関連する最先端の技術をいち早く習得しお客様に提案することができます。

ポジション概要、ミッション
お客様で稼働しているオンプレミスおよびクラウド上の業務システムを安定稼働させるため様々な保守サービスを提供するテクニカル• エンジニアを募集しています。
業務内容
• お客様の課題やニーズをヒアリングし、IBMソフトウェアに関する専門知識、テクニカルスキルを持って、グローバルの製品開発部門とも協業し適切なソリューションを検討し提案します。
• お客様システムを安定稼働させるためにプロアクティブな活動（脆弱性等の重要情報の提供、影響評価、適切な保守レベルへのアップデート）を行います。
担当領域（業界• 製品サービス等）
• IBMソフトウェア製品全般（主にAIX,WAS,Db2, RHELなど）や他社ソフトウェア(VMware, Deep Security)
• 担当するお客様業界：保険業中心
