Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- You will design and deploy HR technology solutions establishing key business capabilities & enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- You will also work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Time functions like positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting and schedules, and labor activities. This role requires proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management as well as knowledge and experience in internal and external Time Management integrations. Relevant experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central is required.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- More than 4 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors Time Management
- Experienced in any of the following: Workforce Software
- Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM locations in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 2-3 full-cycle implementation and roll-out projects is preferred
- Good communication skills will be an advantage
