Your role and responsibilities
Streamserve/ECM Application Consultant, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US:
- Lead critical path components, collaborate with business analysts to understand business requirements and check feasibility of those requirements in business tools, prepare functional design and architect data design of those business requirements.
- Participate in high level design and technical specification documentation using flow diagrams with SOLMAN (Solution Manager) tool.
- Develop design and technical documents, manage scope, plan, and change control to enhance assigned client's Streamserve applications which includes template design, acquisition, modelling, archiving, and reporting.
- Create design and technical documents in Opentext Streamserve tool and deliver blueprints, solutions, and cloud-based offerings.
- Develop proof of concept (POC) for proposed solutions to ensure technical feasibility; post approval of POC perform blueprint and implementation.
- Write efficient, testable code and design user interfaces to implement specifications based on technical needs. Complete the software development life cycle and test the code in environment to remove all the possible defects raised in HPQC and Salesforce and deploy the code using Jenkins in production.
- Maintain software documentation and scale applications on Cloud and On-premise platforms.
- Manage complex business Streamserve applications using tools like New Relic, Dynatrace to ensure the applications are available for end users access to business-critical financial data.
- Monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and analyze operational efficiency for any variances and plan mitigation steps to prevent critical and high severity incidents.
- Fix technical bugs in production reports and resolve any defects found in Functional unit testing, Service Change Requests (SCR) and Test Problem Reports (TPR) at the integration testing/go-live stage.
- Utilize: OpenText Streamserve, ServiceNow, OpenText Workshop, OpenText Design Manager, HP Quality Center (QC), JIRA, New Relic.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
