業務内容
ストレージ製品グローバルサポートチームの一員として、 主にストレージ製品の障害に関する保守サポート業務に従事頂きます。
• WorldWideのお客様にて使用頂いているストレージ障害に関する問題判別
• お客様への障害説明、保守作業時間の調整、IBM技術員に対する保守作業指示、および部品の発注業務、障害ケースのクローズ
• 社内外からのお問い合わせに対するQA対応
グローバルに拠点を置く製品開発チームと密に連携し、迅速かつ的確に現状復帰を目指し、お客様ビジネスの継続的な成功を支援します。

グローバルサポートチームの一員として、日本国内のお客様だけでなく、世界中お客様のサポートを日々行います。世界各地のIBMerとのコラボレーションを通し、国内外で誰かの役に立つ仕事ができます。国内外のお客様と、直接電話• メール• Microsoft Teams等を 用い、会話する機会もあります。
サポートに必要な解析ツールの開発など、 様々な業務にも取り組めます。

  • Knowledge for IT hardware or network

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Maintenance support experience (product agnostic)
  • A strong desire to learn and implement new technologies
  • Linux certifications (LPIC, etc.)
  • Network certifications (CCNA, etc.)
