Introduction
As a key member of our cloud-enabled integration platform team, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional software experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass the design and implementation of innovative integration platforms and products that run at cloud-scale, fine-tuning and sustaining existing code for optimal performance, and guaranteeing top-notch quality through rigorous testing and debugging.

Your Role and Responsibilities
From day one you'll join one of our scrum teams and begin using lean methodologies to steadily deliver customer value. You'll be responsible for the delivery of high quality well-documented features as well as creating and maintain reusable test automation infrastructures. You will also be a participant in a full agile lifecycle, from feature definition to design and implementation. You and your team will be challenged to work together to continuously improve our methodologies and accelerate the value stream.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write technical design documents, and participate in their review
  • Design, implement and maintain software components
  • Contribute ideas toward the enhancement and/or modification of critical components to improve/optimize the product
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to put the customer first
  • Take ownership and ensure proactive closure for problem reports that fall within or appear to fall within area of responsibility, work closely with QA and technical support to quickly and successfully closeout reported problems
  • Readiness to take on new challenges as the business relentlessly pursues the highest value opportunities for industry leadership and success

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Strong server-side core Java, multi-threaded and Data structures usage a must
  • Strong understanding of Microservices based architecture and REST
  • Familiarity with build tools and CI/CD, Jenkins, Gradle, ANT, Maven
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Certification in AWS, Azure or GCP infrastructure is desired.
  • Experience with Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of HTTP, OpenAPI, SAML, XML, gRPC, JMS, SOAP
  • Expertise with DevOps concepts and associated tools and pipeline processes
  • Experience with Cloud Native architecture and development is plus
  • Client-side JS, other scripting languages (e.g. Python, Groovy)
  • Familiarity with Angular and accompanying technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
  • Experience with Cloud Data Integration and Streaming Platforms like Kafka, Pulsar
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or related work experience

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in product development strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Spring framework
  • Strong skills in web development technologies and frameworks such as Angular and React
  • Very good Interpersonal/communication skills and experience coordinating information and activities among groups with differing agendas, across multi-functional areas
  • Demonstrated capability to provide technical leadership
