You: Our high-growth company is seeking an energetic customer field marketer with a real "can-do" attitude and exceptional attention to detail, to execute programs with our account management and sales development team to drive demand and accelerate existing opportunities, as well as renewals, in our installed base. In this role you will also help expand the global account-based marketing practice to strategically scale and accelerate the program for growth within our customer base to meet our hyper-growth objectives of the business. The Sr. Field Marketing Manager will drive pipeline and engagement within enterprise customer accounts through the development and execution of field marketing programs.

Your role and responsibilities

What we want you to do:

• Field marketing

o Actively support quality pipeline development in the Americas Enterprise customer base

o Building and executing a marketing plan that aligns to the RVP's sales goal for 2025. This includes:

§ Full ideation, creation, and execution of programs to create expansion pipeline and increase retention rates across enterprise customers, including SDR/AM prospecting support and event/program activation.

§ Support local user groups and global customer marketing programs in partnership with customer marketing team.

o Communicate and brief the Account Management team regarding all new and planned marketing activities and assets - support sales prospecting.

o Working hand-in-hand with Account managers and Sales development representatives to strategize and execute against programs led by broader marketing teams, impacting expansion pipeline and increase depth of customer account engagement.

o Events: onsite management of events, ensuring flawless execution and liaise with event venues on event schedules, rooms, AV, F&B etc, and assist in all event logistics

o Measure and analyze marketing performance against target plan (Tableau, Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase)

o Communicate progress to stakeholders, including overall weekly program status and performance, and monthly pipeline reporting

• Customer Marketing:

o Align with global customer marketing to create and deliver a regional customer event and campaign programs that drive regional pipeline, awareness and customer upsell objectives. This will include management of third-party events, Apptio-owned physical and virtual events, partner engagement in these, and the delivery of global campaigns and direct mail in region.

o Achieve account and segment pipeline and engagement goals through 1:many account-based marketing programs, guided by ABM team

o Create and execute integrated ABM programs via digital marketing, email, prospecting, direct mail, events

o Continually monitor and improve performance metrics to ensure optimal program performance and ROI

o Evangelize customer and growth marketing performance across Marketing and Sales leadership to drive clear alignment and understanding of approach and results

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in B2B Marketing

• 4+ years experience in customer, field or account based marketing

• Extensive B2B marketing writing experience across a variety of mediums, from developing messaging platforms to creating persuasive copy for email, direct mail, digital ads, SDR scripts and marketing assets

• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo and predictive analytics tools

Preferred technical and professional experience
