Your role and responsibilities
The Business Process Solution Architect role is responsible for the development of the Business Process outsourcing solution that IBM offers to clients in the areas of Finance and Accounting. This involves the development of a price competitive and innovative business process outsourcing solution that meets the client requirements and delivers value to our clients. Specific areas of focus include:
- Design & development of a successful solution architecture - Business Process Solution Architect needs to have a clear understanding of the client's requirements and the ability to design the "to be" solution to meet the clients requirements
- This includes process definition, solution offerings to support the processes, and the required infrastructure to implement the solution.
- In addition security, compliance and other solution considerations need to be addressed as part of the solution design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Development of a cost case - This involves the identification of the various cost elements, and taking a balanced approach to delivering a cost competitive solution without compromising on service delivery quality.
- Collaboration and partnership - As a key member of the sales engagement team, the Solution Architect will need to work effectively with the client teams and with Third Party advisors and establish strong relationships. In addition, this role requires strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with various internal IBM organizations.

- Candidates with deep domain knowledge (Finance) where he/she has tech enabled services experience in the specific domain. We need the candidates to create innovative and workable tech enabled solutions that solve clients' challenges

- Creative, entrepreneur and "can do" spirits
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Multi lingual will be an advantage
