Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to cases and collaborate with a global team of experts todeliver effective solutions
  • Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless escalation processes
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and concerns
  • Collaborating with Solution Architects, Product Management, and Engineering teams to improve solutions and drive innovation
  • Conduct diagnostics and performance optimization, analyze incidents and recommend solutions, transfer product knowledge to customers

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience of a programming language such as Java, Python, C/C++
  • knowledge in Enterprise DBMS, such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server or IBM DB2
  • Familiar with containerization software such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiar with Cloud native technologies
  • Familiar with Software networking
  • JSON, XML, WebSphere Liberty, WebSphere MQ
  • New Relic or Instana Monitoring
  • Sterling Order Management
  • OpenShift/AWS will be an added advantage
  • Lunes a Viernes con posibilidad de On Call Rotation / Horario inicial 07am - 04pm

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in shell scripting
  • Passion for customer care and customer satisfaction
  • Previous experience in a customer facing technical support role (preferably a support role).
  • A successful track record in developing and managing customer relationships.
  • Experience in Windows/Linux operating systems
  • At least 1-year experience in Managing Client Expectations/Satisfaction
  • At least 1-year experience in Problem Determination/Resolution
