Your Role and Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll participate in many aspects of the configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow platform, such as design, configuration, integrations, testing, and support. You will work with the IBM ServiceNow team and other Hybrid Cloud teams to deliver services to our clients.

Your primary responsibilities include:
- Assist clients in the design, business architecture, process development, functional implementation, and support of ServiceNow Applications.
- Collaborate with business consultants, project team and client resources in defining, detailing and scoping the technical requirements into solution architecture.
- Contribute to the design and development of client specific needs, including API based integrations and custom design for UX/UI.
- Perform ServiceNow module-specific implementation and configuration.
- Delivery testing, validation and hyper care activities.
You'll have access to technical and management training courses to grow your expertise within ServiceNow and other areas of interest.
- Assisting in troubleshooting patch / release management issues focusing on specific product (IT, HR, GRC, CSM etc.,)
- Develop UI forms, fields, notifications and workflows.
- Maintain JavaScript server/client code.
- Create new HR service catalog requests and items with variables.
- Create, monitor, modify, and publish service catalog workflows with approvals.
- Create an access control rule (ACL).
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelors Degree.
- 5 years experience working on the ServiceNow Platform.
- ServiceNow Certifications - CSA & CAD

- Bachelors Degree.

- Experience with Javascript, XML.
