Your role and responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end offboarding process, ensuring timely and smooth exits for separated employees.
- Issue necessary documentation and assist both employees and managers with offboarding-related queries.
- Liaise with all internal stakeholders to coordinate and execute a seamless exit process.
- Continuously review offboarding processes and recommend improvements aligned with the ESA (Eliminate, Simplify, Automate) framework.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
- Handle confidential matters and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve process-related issues to enhance the overall employee offboarding experience.
- Monitor and process support tickets; resolve and close escalated cases in a timely manner.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring accurate preparation and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Payroll team on Final Pay Inputs and ensure completion of Full and Final Settlement as per legal timelines.
- Contribute to reporting activities including dashboards, metrics, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Stay updated with employment laws and offboarding best practices.
- Participate in HR initiatives and other assigned projects.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling, reporting, and analysis.
- Use analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex data and deliver insights.
- Maintain strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality under pressure.

Required technical and professional expertise
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, charting, and data functions.
- Proficient in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations for stakeholder reporting and project updates.
- Ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a clear, structured manner.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Fluency in English Business Communication (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience in roles involving heavy use of Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.
- Understanding of regional payroll processes and experience using HR software/tools is an added advantage.
- Flexibility to work on weekends during critical project periods as needed.
