Your Role and Responsibilities
The experienced Technical Solution Consultant will be responsible for the following:
• Manage technology implementations through close collaboration with our CSR Program experts, IT teams, and internal or external product and engineering teams.
• Lead implementations and program execution of IBM Hybrid Cloud, AI and SaaS solutions to meet the needs of Program teams across CSR.

• Provide technical leadership for a team of developers on our Software Downloads, SkillsBuild for Academia and CSR Analytics programs. Work with Program teams on requirements and manage development, testing and rollout of new requests.
• Provide technical ownership, technical support and training for our CSR Grant Management SaaS platform
• Explore and evaluate additional tools and vendors as needed to meet technical requirements for SkillsBuild, Grant Management, Analytics and other CSR programs.
• Collaborate with Partners and Vendors to deploy technical solutions globally and expand the reach of our global offerings.
• Collaborate with our Support teams, Program teams and CSR managers to resolve technical issues and find creative solutions to problems.
• Work with technical team to implement process/technical integrations and tools in support providing better user experiences, geo adoption and retaining users in our platforms.
• Recommend and drive digital innovation into our learning platform to improve the learner experience and drive adoption
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
This position requires 3x a week at IBM Office - São Paulo Tutóia

- Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams, including developers and vendors, for SaaS and on-prem solutions.
- Experience in documenting technical, architecture and security requirements.
- Understanding of IBM Cloud and Hybrid Cloud offerings.
- Knowledge of IBM privacy and accessibility requirements.
- Strong organizational, team leadership and problem solving skills.
- Exposure to other learning platforms.
- Solid experience leading technical teams, including developers and vendors.
- Extensive experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, including developers, to build and support technical solutions.
- Extensive experience as a software developer, technical architect or similar technical background.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Agile and design thinking methodology, requirements gathering, technical and/or product documentation, strong communication skills, project management, leadership skills, and presentation skills.
