Senior Strategy Consultant, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US: Create detailed analytical frameworks to evaluate financial industry participant compliance with complex regulatory requirements. Review client documentation to assess their compliance with requirements and document observations and corresponding recommendations. Develop detailed action plans with strategically sequenced tasks to guide clients in their implementation. Create executive-level presentations to summarize results of detailed assessments and deliver presentations to financial institution management. Collaborate with data scientists to establish use cases for artificial intelligence in risk management. Research data sources available to serve as model inputs or to support model calibration. Leverage AI tools in the delivery of advisory engagements. Draft enterprise risk management framework documentation on behalf of clients, such as risk and compliance policies and procedures. Design tools to support risk assessment across risk management disciplines. Design reports to present aggregated views of risk data to financial institution executives to provide them with comprehensive information in support of risk-based decision making. Evaluate highly confidential regulatory findings to understand their nature and breadth. Draft regulatory response letters to articulate clients' planned actions in response to regulatory findings. Develop detailed action plans to close regulatory issues. Manage regulatory action plan execution. Validate the closure of regulatory issues through the review of business artifacts and create the requisite documentation. Review requests for proposals (RFPs), develop questions to clarify RFP details, and develop compelling proposals to win new client engagements. Utilize: Tableau, Python, R, Qlik Sense. Required: Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Strategy Consultant, Managing Consultant or related.
