Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Product Manager, your primary role will be to lead product delivery for our Maximo integrations with all major cloud service provider marketplaces. In addition, you would also own our integration strategy with the Identity Services within each of those providers. You would also provide some leadership support for more junior members of our product management team. The product management role in IBM includes managing the complete product lifecycle and guaranteeing both financial success and client satisfaction. Your leadership will be pivotal in aiding clients in digitally transforming their businesses. This requires collaborating with cross-functional teams and different business units.

• Proficient in product management principles, including market analysis, product roadmap development, feature prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and incorporate customer insights into the development and enhancement of application modernization solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate the value proposition of compilation technologies, communicate product requirements, and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.

• Strong understanding of the Enterprise Asset Management market and trends
• Knowledgeable in containerized software technologies like Red Hat OpenShift and OpenShift services such as ROSA and ARO
• Understanding of cloud automation technologies such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Experience in agile development practices and principles including tools such and Aha! and Jira.
