Introduction
As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your primary responsibilities include:
- Expertise in IBM Maximo Application: Assist clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of IBM Maximo Application.
- Collaborative Solution Architecture and Requirement Detailing: Collaborate with business consultants, project team and client resources in defining, detailing and scoping the technical requirements into solution architecture.
- Proficient Technical Activities: Contribute to the design, development, customization and configuration of Maximo.
- Continuous Learning and Growth:You'll have access to technical and management training courses to grow your expertise within EAM and other areas of interest.

Required technical and professional expertise
- Must have at least 3+ years experience doing Maximo Development
- Strong knowledge of Maximo configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, and XML.
- Familiarity with integration technologies such as Web Services, REST APIs, and MIF.
- Knowledge of Maximo BIRT reporting.
