Your Role and Responsibilities

• Leadership of the OpenShift on IBM Z and LinuxONE secondline organization.
• Comprehensive ownership for the development of Storage Scale and OpenShift on IBM Z / Linux One.
• Lead international team with colleagues in India, US, Germany to deliver top class products.
• Close collaboration with program management to define strategy, product plans and priorities.
• Liaison management with RedHat to enable mutual collaboration, support, and delivery of crucial product components.
• Deliver excellent products based on holistic development including quality assurance (test and performance) and client support (onsite support, documentation, workshops, reference architectures).
• Actively support leadership development: mentor talents, retain critical skills, enable growth (technical and soft skills, share strategy, client insights).
• Enable an efficient work environment by cross-org networking/collaborations: closely collaborate with test and infrastructure teams, RedHat, and adjacent organizations in infrastructure org. Get insights from technical sales colleagues, and adjust our work based on these insights.

• Technical experience: Linux, IBM Z Hardware, IBM Z Firmware, RedHat OCP
• Leadership experience: Having led teams for IBM Z development or equivalent technical organizations
• Proven experience in cross-functional leadership
