Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 8 - 10 years of related experience
- AI: Providing instant assistance to users through conversational interfaces.
- Understanding user queries and intent, and providing appropriate responses.
- Identifying and addressing common user concerns and issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with various systems and tools.
- Monitoring and analyzing user feedback to continuously improve the quality of responses and overall user experience.
- Familiarity with natural language processing and understanding techniques.
- Data: Watsonx.Data role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure required to run and optimize the Watsonx.Data service.
- Configuring and managing databases, storage solutions, and network components.
- Data Management: Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management.
- Data Integration: Skills in integrating various data sources, both structured and unstructured, using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and techniques.
- APIs and Microservices: Understanding of building and consuming APIs and microservices to facilitate data access and integration.
- Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases that can handle large volumes of data.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and derive insights that can inform business decisions.
- Project Management: Skills in managing projects, including agile methodologies and tools for tracking progress and collaboration.
- Collaboration Tools: Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Teams to facilitate teamwork and communication.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the specific industry or business domain to ensure the data fabric solution meets organizational needs.
- Fluent level of English.
