Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for enthusiastic & self-motivated Data Scientists to join the IBM Consulting Advantage (ICA) Asset Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team in designing and building innovative AI-powered solutions that drive business value. You will also be working with the broader team to build, analyse and improve the AI solutions.

• 10+ years of professional experience; 8+ years of experience in Data Scientist/Engineer role.
• Experience in designing and implementing large-scale AI solutions, including data ingestion, storage, processing, and deployment.
• Experience in developing AI-driven solutions utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic frameworks.
• Proficient in Python, FastAPI & other Data Analytics Packages. Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, multi-threading, and REST APIs.
• Experience in using large language models programmatically or frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.

• Experience in developing multi-agent applications using frameworks like Crew AI, AutoGen etc
• Experience working on LLMs, Model Training & Evaluation, Performance Benchmarking.
• Practical experience with container technologies such as Podman, Docker or Kubernetes.
