Your Role and Responsibilities
- Attention to detail and complex processes
- Business engagement and stakeholder management
- Partner with business team to identify needs and analytics opportunities
- Supervise and guide vendor partners to develop and maintain a data warehouse platform and BI reporting.
- Performing data analyses between database and from business hands
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. Find out the mapping and gaps
- Research and verify the logic and relationship between dataset and KPIs
- Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 8 year's experience in information technology, Business Analysis, Data Coverage analysis and Identify data gaps, understanding of product and channel hierarchies data, transformation and aggregations.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge on Retail Industry (Sales-Online/Offline, Supply chain, Products, Inventory)
- Good understanding of ETL, BI tools.
- An ability to align, influence stakeholders and build working relationships
- A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Good knowledge of ITSM.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
