Security Services Engineer Intern

Your role and responsibilities

We are currently looking for Security Skilled workforce who have energy, creativity and passion.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

• Diploma in computer science or related field.
• Basic of OSI Layer, TCP/IPS
• Understanding of Hubs, Switches and Routers, IP Address and sub netting.
• Experience or interest in information/ cyber security.
• Basic understanding/ formal education with computer network penetration testing and techniques.
• Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts.
• Strong interest in cyber security domain with initial exposure in technical skill s&. SIEM.
• Assist in creating basic log sources, implementing basic out of the box rules, dashboard etc.

Required education

Associate's Degree/College Diploma

• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Good analytical and synthesis skills.
• Ability to anticipate and resolve problems.
• Ability to adapt to various technologies across cyber security domain.
• Flexibility in organizing work.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Results driven.
• Ability to quickly learn to use new tools.
• Passionate in cyber security career.
• With good interest or knowledge in emerging technologies such as Cloud Computing, Social, Mobile, Analytics, etc.
• A proactive fast-learning team player who is willing takes up the challenges in a fast-result-driven working environment;
• Strong analytical skills and innovative approach to problems;
• Aggressive, resourceful, and have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment;

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Understanding of threat vulnerability and risk/ type of Malwares.
• Understanding of DoS attacks mechanism of IPS.
• Experience / Understanding of Security Incident Management/Cyber Kill Chain.
• SIEM Foundation Training.
• Strong interest or experience in Security Operation Centre (SOC) work procedures/ processes & roles and responsibilities.
• Strong interest or experience in developing SOC Architecture
