As a Security Consultant, you will be a key advisor for IBM's clients, analyzing business requirements to design and implement the best security solutions for their needs. You will apply your technical skills to find the balance between enabling and securing the client's organization with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients on their cybersecurity program to co-create effective processes and reporting for managing cybersecurity risk;
• Work closely with clients to understand their unique cybersecurity risk management needs and develop tailored solutions;

• Develop and implement cybersecurity controls and standards to provide effective risk management;
• Support multi-environment GRC clients (IT + OT Cybersecurity Requirements);
• Design and establish Cybersecurity Vendor Risk Management Programs.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, IT);
• Minimum 5 years of experience in GRC consulting or a related field;
• Experience leading small consulting teams;
• Strong understanding of program development and reporting on GRC and TPRM programs;
• Experience both using and implementing GRC tooling (ServiceNow, RSA Archer);
• Experience and knowledge of operating in compliance programs related to Security & Privacy Regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO, HIPAA, PCI, FFIEC, GDPR);
• Experience conducting supply chain risk assessments and integrating into an overall GRC Program.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Master's degree in a Cybersecurity;
• Certification in Security (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT).
