- Identity and Access Management architecture experience
- Ability to translate IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA) standards and business logic into access control policies, authentication workflows, configuration settings, and custom development
- Specific Technical Requirements: Application development in Java, XML, JavaScript, supporting AIX, Linux, Windows, Security Directory Integrator, LDAP, DB2
- Ability to support APIs and other interfaces with tools owned by various organizations
- Experience with Agile methods and tools, including Jira and Git/Github

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Perform configuration of the IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA) 10.x , IBM Security Verify Directory 10.x, IBM Security Directory Integrator 7.x
- Configure and manage authentication, authorization, and single sign-on (SSO) policies using IBM Security Verify Access, perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure the IBM Security Verify Access platform is secure and up to date
- Integrate and manage federated identity solutions using protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect for seamless access to cloud and on-premises applications, monitor system performance and ensure high availability and scalability of access management services
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Install, configure, and maintain IBM Security Directory Server (SDS) for enterprise directory services, set up directory information trees (DITs), schema extensions, and replication to ensure high availability and scalability
- Manage and maintain user identities, groups, roles, and access permissions within the directory, analyze logs, identify issues, and coordinate with other teams to resolve LDAP and directory services problems
- Plan and execute software upgrades, patches, and schema updates to maintain system security and reliability
- Develop scripts or tools to automate user provisioning and directory management tasks
- Design, configure, and implement data integration solutions using IBM Security Directory Integrator (SDI) to synchronize identity data across multiple systems (e.g., directories, databases, applications)
- Develop assembly lines to automate data flows and ensure real-time or scheduled synchronization between identity sources such as LDAP, Active Directory, databases, and cloud platforms
- Perform regular maintenance on TDI solutions, including updating connectors, applying patches, and upgrading the software to ensure it stays compatible with connected systems
