Your Role and Responsibilities
Leads a project team as PM for delivering a solution to the client as per terms and conditions for the project according to the SOW/ contract. Responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. Leads project through project management techniques and approach like garage method for cloud, design thinking, agile delivery model. Leads delivery team and interfaces with Client PM and other stakeholders.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experiencie in infrastructure projects
- Experience in project of server implementations or migrations
- Knowledge on infrastructure (Cloud, servers, firewalls, AIX/Linux migrations,etc)
- Facilitate all standard Scrum/agile cadence practices including Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, Burndown Charts and Backlog GroomingKeep the team focused on deliverables and remove obstacles and resolve any conflicts that are hampering the agile team's productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments, individual contributors, and management to enhance communication and transparency.
- Monitor and report on Agile metrics/team performance.
- Collaborate with team to ensure practices are followed.
- Facilitate and drive continuous improvement within and across teams.
- Experience in JIRA and executing projects in JIRA is a mustGood communication skills - verbal and written
- Highly organized, functions well in a high-intensity, constantly changing environment
- Able to multi-task well
- Financial knowledge (debits, credits, accruals, forecasts, etc.)
- Good problem solving and analytical skill
